August Reflections


Managers are supposed to nurture, not project their fears onto others. Instead, they should remove the fear from those they’re leading, providing comfort that they have the wheel.

When the smoke clears from all the chaos, your perspective changes. You can see the silhouette of the problem as it shapes into reality; it’s the clear identity of the issue. You cannot ignore it, cannot unsee it, cannot unhear those awful words. So yeah, some decisions need to happen. Some very hard decisions, but the good thing is, I already had the ball rolling on some promising thoughts and ideas. Can they work? Is my decisions good ones? Hmm, let’s see.

It’s time to protect my energy and rid myself of this toxic place.
